Baume & Mercier Capeland Large
The base level Capeland features an automatic movement with a seconds subdial and a date window. This watch has a smooth unidirectional turning bezel, which is a distinctive characteristic of a genuine sporty watch. The next variant is a chronograph, which has a screw down winding crown and three subdials for the seconds, minutes, and hours. Baume & Mercier was scrupulous to maintain classic face color combinations for the Capeland, offering a white, black and white, and gray face for the gent’s Capeland collection.
Baume & Mercier took a clever decision when they decided to produce the Capeland in three different sizes of case. This makes it much easier for the consumer to find the right case size for their wrist. The Capeland is presented in a small (36mm), medium (39mm), and a large (41mm) size. Moreover, Baume & Mercier made the selection process simpler by extending the sizes in the women’s collection.
The Baume & Mercier Capeland is available in an all-steel version or a two-tone steel and gold version. The two-tone model features a very cute gold bezel, gold winding crown, and gold buttons for the chrono. These gold parts make the Capeland an astonishingly smart timepiece. The strap and bracelet combinations offer the consumer a range of choices, too. You can decide between a leather strap, steel bracelet, and a rubber wristlet. The women’s Capeland models are offered with a white or pink leather watchband.
